Stage sound is a stage art, it serves stage performance art, or it serves the auditory image of stage art. Stage sound is to provide a high-quality sound reproduction platform for performing arts.
(1) System construction
A complete sound reinforcement system is mainly composed of audio input, audio signal processing, and audio output. Audio source input: usually provided for microphones, electronic musical instruments, computers, sound cards, CD players, hard disk recorders and other equipment. Audio source signal processing: including mixing consoles, power amplifiers, various controllers and processing equipment, etc. The task of this part of the equipment is to process and amplify the sound. The basic function of the mixer is to complete the signal selection. In addition, various adjustments and controls to the volume and sound effects are required. The power amplifier amplifies the power of the processed signal, and then the signal transmission line drives the speaker to amplify the sound. Sound output: Including the speaker system, the speaker system must match the entire system, and the selected specifications, quantity and installation location must also meet actual needs.

(2) Classification of speakers
The speaker is a device that converts electrical signals into acoustic signals.
According to the system structure: active speakers (built-in power amplifier, power and signal input can work) and passive speakers (there is no internal power amplifier, need an external power amplifier to work).
According to the form of sound reinforcement: point source speakers (large coverage angle, fast sound pressure attenuation) and line array speakers (a single speaker has a small vertical angle, which can solve the sound interference between speakers, long transmission distance and slow attenuation)

(3) Arrangement of speakers
In the stage performance, the sound effect of the sound is very important for the performance, so the reasonable installation of the speakers is particularly important. There are two ways to install the main loudspeaker commonly used in theaters: two-channel sound reinforcement and three-channel sound reinforcement.
